Ok guys the server needs two banners: 1 Flash banner & 1 general banner (like the one on the top of the page).

Specs:
TBC Themed
765px × 140px
Has to include:

"World Of Corruption" in a kind of evil/scary type writing.
"Latest Patch"
"TBC PvP"
"City Conquest"
"Dedicated Staff"
"Dedicated Server"
"A catchy sentence of your choice"


Prize:
Full Donor (8 piece gear set & Weapon(s))

Does it have to be flash or can it be a .GIF? If it is going on a voting site a GIF would work just as well..if it is an ad I'll do a flash I guess.
